This program allows consumers to replace and upgrade home comfort systems for a low monthly payment while eliminating unexpected maintenance, repair, and even future replacement costs.
Before joining Service 1st Financial, Tom spent nearly 22 years at Lennox International, where he held various positions in field marketing, business development, and brand management. In his current role at Service 1st Financial, Tom focuses on collaborating with Premiere Program contractors to optimize their utilization of the program, resulting in increased ticket sizes and improved job closure rates. Additionally, he actively engages in onboarding contractors to establish new partnerships in order to scale the program.
Our host, Tall Paul, has had the privilege of knowing Tom for 15 years. Throughout their friendship, Paul has always admired Tom’s commitment to driving change within our industry. Tom is consistently working on the “new thing and the hard thing,” which we had the pleasure of discussing throughout this episode.
