Who is Vince Heuser
Vince Heuser is the owner of Absolute Service in the Louisville, Kentucky area. Vince got his start in construction and worked within the space up until 2008 when the housing market crash greatly affected the industry. After seeing this shift in the construction industry, Vince decided to go off on his own within the garage door business and opened up shop in Kentucky.
From 2008-2018, Vince grew Absolute Overhead Door Service up to $1 million dollars in annual revenue. The company hit a wall at $1 million, and Vince decided he wanted to educate himself to either learn how to scale his business, or go find another job. He came across Mike Agugliaro and Service Business Live (a CEO Warrior event) and knew he could make waves by expanding into the home services industry. After his first CEO Warrior event, Vince created an HVAC vertical within Absolute in about 60 days. About a month after that, Absolute’s plumbing service came along, and then electrical a year after that.
